Project overview

Wanting to regenerate and leverage the townhouses to the level of sophistication they needed, we were asked to rebrand this development. Located next to a golf course with finishes and appliances that ooze opulence, Fairway Residences was selected as the brand. Inheriting a feeling of luxury and sophistication, while still showing the tranquillity and rarity that the townhouses offer.
