The Hills of Carmel is a welcoming new community offering relaxed rural living with urban convenience. A major contributor to the transformation of Box Hill, The Hills of Carmel comprises of 2000 land releases. With a meticulously masterplanned vision, the community design includes retail areas, a business park and numerous sports fields and playgrounds.
Released in a number of stages, the very first launch was a great benchmark for the project recording a very high level of interest.
