Prince Henry is an 85 hectare large-scale residential master plan community. Set by a secluded pristine beach in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, just 20 minutes from the CBD. Stockland developed a number of project sites including apartments, terraces and heritage home releases. An in-depth understanding of the property industry, together with strong market insights, set the foundation for success. As a result, sales targets were exceeded, propelling construction ahead of schedule across all key projects.
