Located at the gateway to Manly’s thriving village centre, Twenty95 is a rare and exclusive offering of just 24 apartments, by renowned developer Grocon. The Twenty95 name derives from the post code and the brand direction is influenced by Manly’s coastal location and urban edge. The marketing campaign produced intense local inquiry and successfully sold out during the VIP launch weekend.
